Zoom Balance
Mondays, 9:30-10:00am | Jan. 5 – March 16 (no class on Jan. 19)
Zoom Balance is a half hour basic balance/flexibility/strength routine – some seated, some standing (or all seated if preferred.) Exercises are taken from the longer “A Matter of Balance” program. Participants have shared that this simple program has made a noticeable difference in their physical wellbeing.
We ask for a suggested contribution of $25.00.
