Wednesdays, 2-3:30pm, April 2 - May 28 

Writing can be a way to process emotions, connect with others and relieve stress. And don’t worry! This time together will be a playground for expressive writing without judgment or forced sharing. We hope to build energy through community and help you discover new sources of inspiration. We’ll experiment with various styles and prompts - no experience necessary.  Settle into a comfy chair, grab a pen and paper, and let’s see what happens!
