Attendance at both sessions is required. Second session is Thursday, April 24th from 10 am - 1 pm.

• Refresh your driving skills and knowledge of the rules of the road

• Learn techniques for handling left turns, right-of-way, and roundabouts

• Discover proven driving methods to help keep you and your loved ones safe on the road.

Please bring your NYS Driver’s License, a pen, and if you are a current AARP member, bring your AARP membership card/number. Class starts promptly at 10 am. NOTE: Once the class starts, later comers cannot be admitted.

COST: AARP members $25, Non-members $30
Payment is required by check, made payable to AARP. Please bring payment with you on the day of the class.

Feel free to bring your own beverage(s) & snacks. You can also bring a seat cushion and are advised to dress in layers as room can sometimes be chilly or warm.

*Upon completing this course, and if you are the principal operator of a motor vehicle, you will receive a 10% reduction in the base rate of your automobile liability and collision insurance premiums each year for three years. You may be eligible to reduce as many as four points on your driving record. Point reduction can only be credited once every 18 months, and does not affect actions mandated by statute or revocations already in place. Other restrictions may apply.
