Zoom Basic Balance


Classes will be held every Tuesday online via Zoom from April 8-June 17 from 9-9:30 AM

Simple balance exercises are done seated and standing (or remain seated throughout). Improve balance through simple movements designed to build strength, flexibility, and range of motion. All abilities are expected and welcome.

There is a suggested contribution of $25 to cover the cost of materials.

This wellness offering is sponsored by the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan and funded in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health. With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.
