Zoom Qigong


Classes will be held every Tuesday from April 8-June 17 from 10-10:30 AM

This introductory program focuses on the cultivation of Qi or our life-force energy through mindful breathing, postures, and gentle movement. An ancient practice now widely embraced by U.S. health practitioners for its many benefits to mind, body, and spirit. This offers a fun way to improve balance, strength, and flexibility.

Instructor: Wendy Fambro

There is a suggested contribution of $25 to cover the cost of materials.

This wellness offering is sponsored by the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan and funded in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health. With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.
