Zoom Tai Chi for Life


Classes will be held online via Zoom every Tuesday from April 8-June 10 from 11-11:45 AM

Tai chi for Life is a simple introduction to Tai chi and its benefits to mind/body/spirit. Learn a set of movements to improve balance, flexibility and overall wellbeing. As with all programs, movements can be modified to be done from a standing or seated position. All abilities expected and welcome!

There is a suggested contribution of $25 to cover the cost of materials.

This wellness offering is sponsored by the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan and funded in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health. With a special invitation to caregivers and people living with memory loss, the series is open to all who seek to enhance their own physical/mental well-being.
